MrNews has a customer letter function that allows you to create and print letters quickly and simply. You might think that the initial setting up of the letters is difficult but it is just a matter of copying and pasting the relevant text into each letter you create. We have a letter already preloaded that you will use to create the new letter templates. When you have finished using this letter go into it and change the body of the letter to suit your circumstance as per the instructions and use it for your own customers.
