It appears that some agents are having trouble with the download and others are not.
There seems to be a common factor.
Agents that have XP are having no problems whilst agents on Vista are having problems.
We are trying to find a solution.

I have tested on Vista and can confirm there is a problem ... I’m not exactly sure yet but will post an update as soon as I find out.

I was able to get the update to extract correctly using 7-zip, you could probably also use WinZip or something similar. 7-zip is a free utility for Windows and generally considered the best compression program going around, users can download it here if they wish http://www.7-zip.org/.

This problem has been resolved.

It was a MIME file type issue effecting users of Internet Explorer 7 using the built in extract utility. Users should be able to download the update now, if there are any further issues please post a message here.
