Problems installing a new printer

I have purchased a new laser printer and am having problems printing home customer accounts.
I can print Sub-agent accounts, and other Mr news documents.
The port for the canon is USB, I have changed the port for CustInvLaser to USB
but to no avail. I have also tried it on LPT1.


Any advice would be appreciated.

We are actively trying to resolve this problem at this point in time.
After two visits to the agent in question we have had to call on greater expertise and will keep this site updated.

This problem was solved by contacting Cannon and being advised on the setting up of their printer.

The problem is that new laser printers by Cannon have CAPT drivers ( Cannon Advanced Printing Technology),which Mr News may not be compatible with.
