      <title>Stop/Start Date check</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I would like to see a date check implemented on the stop/start component of the system. During the hectic period around Christmas especially I failed to use the &#8220;new&#8221; year for start. This caused starts to be missed and also double billing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Any consensus on this being an added feature?
