MrNews Technical Support

Phone and email support is available for users with paid licenses only. Onsite support may be arranged if necessary but will be subject to our hourly call-out rate.

MrNews Updates and Downloads

Members are able to download updates to the MrNews software and modules through the download area.

Registration and Login

Registration and login allows users to post in the forums as well as access the download area. If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it by entering your email address here. If you have problems logging in please contact us via our online contact form.

Support Forums

All MrNews users are encouraged to post questions and answers in the forums. The MrNews community is growing daily and we appreciate the feedback and assistance we get from our users. If you have a question that is not suitable for the forums please use our online contact form.

Software & Hardware issues not related to MrNews

Our staff will try to assist whenever possible with all technical support questions, but please bare in mind we are not responsible for any software or hardware issues that are not directly related to MrNews software, including issues with MS Windows, Outlook, Outlook Express, computer hardware and/or printers. All technical support provided for issues not related to MrNews will be billed at our hourly rate.
